What's the difference between Normal Mail, SmartPac and Home Delivery?

1) Normal Mail- We no longer provide Normal Mail due to the increasing number of loss mails. Please pick the other shipping options available.

2) SmartPac- Only applicable for PREORDER items. Comes with a tracking number. Parcel will be delivered to your mailbox.

3) Home Delivery - An email update will be sent to you with regards to the pickup date. Your order will then be delivered within 3- 5 days, from 10am to 10pm. You should receive an email update (provided that you have given the correct email address) when our delivery guy is on the way to your place.

Parcel will be delivered to your doorstep. No one at home? Our courier guy will place your item at a safe place! (Eg; Shoerack)

 

I keyed in the tracking number for SmartPac on Singpost's website but there seems to be an error. How do I go about this?

You parcel will only be scanned by SingPost when it is on its way for delivery. Fret not, if no one is at home your parcel will be placed in the mailbox.

We no longer ship to Malaysia & Brunei.

How long is the preorder waiting time? 

It takes at least 3 weeks for all preorder items to reach SG.

Another 2- 3 days is needed for us to pack all orders before mailing them out.

Do take note that delays are bound to happen during peak periods or bad weathers. Therefore, please order only if you are willing to wait.

 

How long do you take to process all orders?

Instocks- 1 to 2 days.

Preorders- By end of week (closing PO date).

All items on our website are instocks unless stated.

Are the products listed on your website instocks or preorder?
Most of the products listed on website are instocks.
Preorder products are labelled accordingly.
To avoid confusion, do browse through our collections based on their categories on the Menu Tab; Instocks/ Preorder.

Is the size chart accurate?

There is usually a 1- 2 cm difference in the measurement. Do take note that lighting may affect the color of product in pictures too.

Can I make changes to my order?

You may drop in an email to us regarding your request at withlovesyera@gmail.com

Changes to orders can be done only for orders that have yet to be processed.

Once orders are processed, no changes are allowed.

 

Can I exchange my item if it doesn't fit me?

We do not allow any return/ exchange of items at our store. 

Therefore, it is strongly encouraged for our customers to refer to the size chart accordingly before submitting your orders.

 

Returns & Refunds

Refunds will be given if:
 1) Item is damaged (please provide pictures of defected  item via email & send it to us)

2) Item is out of stock

Do take note that refunds may take up to 2 weeks as we are liaising with both PayPal & our supplier. Fret not, we will constantly update you of any transaction status.

 

Will I have to pay extra for returned parcels?

Customers will have to bear the additional costs if wrong address was given. However, if the mistake is from our end we will be fully responsible for it.

What if I don't have a PayPal Account?

You may choose to pay with your debit or credit card when directed to PayPal even without a PayPal Account. You will be prompted to create a PayPal Account for free. We encourage you to do so as it creates convenience for your next purchase with us. Just follow the simple steps & weehooo!

What is the cut- off time for payments via Bank Transfer/ iBanking?

1) Instocks: Within 24 hours

2) Pre- order: Encouraged to pay within 24 hours OR by the PO Closing Dates.
